HMRC guidance notes on MSC legislation published - 31st July 07

HMRC has published its guidance notes on the Managed Service Company legislation. This notes can be accessed by clicking here.

When reading the guidance notes bear in mind that this is HMRC's guidance notes and it may contain interpretation of the legislation that the Court's may disagree with. 

A key message within this document seems to something of a relaxation in their stance on applying third party debt provisions to recruitment agencies.
